Challenge
After leading the previous two editions, this year’s challenge was not simply about delivering another successful event — it was about surpassing what had already been achieved. How do you evolve an event that already possesses a strong identity and a successful track record without losing its continuity?
Strategy
At Umbrella, we approached Ahluha as a traveling experience designed to maintain the same impact across every city. We led the design, management, and execution of the initiative, creating interactive touchpoints that encouraged students to explore opportunities within the tourism sector. The experience was supported by passport-inspired booklets, custom medals, and branded materials designed specifically for the tour.
Result
The 2025 conference delivered a stronger digital presence, generating more than 14.4 million impressions and over 245K website visits, helping extend its reach and engagement across key audiences.
